Because our products are homemade, perishable, and made in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items.

However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If there is an issue with your order - including damage during shipping, incorrect items, or quality concerns - please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Approved refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in appearance, color, or texture may occur.
